Recently, I chose a good countryside retreat for a much-needed getaway, and I must say, my expectations were not only met but exceeded. The accommodation offered a charming rustic character, with clean and spacious apartments that felt just like home. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as a warm welcome from the owner, who even presented us with a lovely bottle of locally produced apple juice. The communal games room was a perfect setting for friendly competition, and the outdoor space, complete with opportunities for BBQs and social gatherings, was idyllic. The serene surroundings and engaging activities, like feeding alpacas and exploring the gardens, made my stay lovely.
